How to report an error
Email corrections@aminowire.news with the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, and the record that shows the correct fact: a document, a link or an official notice.
What we do
- Factual errors are corrected on the page, with a dated Correction note at the top saying what changed.
- Updates (new developments, not errors) go in the story's dated update log, and the updated date changes.
- Status logs get new dated entries. Earlier entries are not deleted unless they were wrong, in which case the correction is noted.
- We aim to review reports within two business days.
- We don't silently change facts, and we don't unpublish stories because a subject objects.
Right of reply
Any business or person named on Amino Wire can send a factual response. If you provide a record showing a fact is wrong or out of date (a closure, a reopening, a close-out letter, a court outcome), we update the page and cite it. We publish a short factual statement from a named party alongside the relevant entry where it adds information. We do not publish marketing claims, and replies do not change our no-ranking policy.
