Which peptide sellers have publicly announced they are closing?

In this log, 2 sellers carry a public closure notice or closure record. Each one's log page links the notice and gives its date. A closure notice is the company's own statement; we don't infer closures from a site being unreachable.

Does an FDA warning letter mean a seller was shut down?
